Yea I am definitely very familiar with Belgium beers and open fermentation. Finished beer does not need any extra Lacto or Brettanomyces from your toe jam. Cheers.Not sure if you are continuing to reprimand me? Seriously...think this through. I said I was sorry...I dont need any more forgiveness...maybe you reach in your kindness pocket, pull out the lint and realize do you know how and where good Belgian beers come from? (Not exactly sterile and its not meant to be, helps the fermentation, definitaly dirtier than my feet...also I'm not a wine girl, but there is crush day). Everyone has there own opinion and you are welcome to yours I would not serve dirty feet in a beer ever since we are expressing opinions....please don't take the lords name in vane with me, ever abcdef....
