Personally, I have a strong distaste for labels, especially of the DSM4 type. Take it from one who has had too many placed on her. People are people. Everyone is an individual. It is the westernized world that likes to categorize.

When we decide to forget the categories, that is when I will know, humanity has taken a step foreward.

IU Is more than good enough -- the smartest people that I know either barely escaped from college, or never even went -- as a side note, it's these people who have the most $$$. Besides - there is more to life than education, and a $140,000 scrap of paper on the wall. It pisses my mom and off to no end, but even SHE finally conceeded that I am a very happy person. Of course, my dad immediately chimed in, " NOW will you go get a masters or PHD, please?"

I love nothing more than getting inside a person's mind and finding out what makes them tick. I am positive with what I learn, and for the most part, I am able to help my friends make positive changes in their lives. The hard part is, obviously, that I can never take my own advice.

I think that the Western world is more likely to QUICKLY apply a lable and then PUBLICALLY announce it. From my experiences in Asia and Europe, they are just as willing to lable you, but then they won't tell you what or why they think it. They will smile at you, shake your hand, and then do the exact opposite of what they told you when you are no longer around.

I don't consider either West or East particularly better than the other -- it is the inability of the each side to understand the motivations or perspectives of the other that creates the frictions, and misunderstandings of today. The world would be a far, far better place if everyone could live a few days in the lives of their worst "enemy" and understand why things are the way they are.

Ok -- no more philosophy -- I must now go find frontal nudity shots to calm my spirit and find inner peace.

Soooo... as soon as break starts for everyone... I get sick. Like I wanna shoot myself to get out of my misery sick... and yet my sister still drags me shopping... But... what are little sisters for...

I was driving all day yesterday... and at about just after dark really set in... I was just sitting in the car... and just... was bored... sooo I took pictures. They suck. but eh. They are me.
