ok, update. Have been having problem with skin under the tape
they use for wound vav. The dr in Atlanta took me off the vac for
at least two weeks and maybe forever. They really like how the
wound itself looks and think I should get by with just wet to dry
packing and a pad to cover. Hope it doesn't take longer to heal, but is
so much easier. I can do it all by myself.
Weather was great here today in the sunny south, went and
picked up my car and almost put the top down......almost!!!!
Stopped on the way home and had some great gumbo, and
a shrimp poorboy It was great getting out.

I shall my friend....we sat in front of the fireplace tonight and just relaxed watching the flames.Seems like it has been a very long week and I still have one more day to go.

Trying to work something out with my youngest to come to KC over spring break. The problem is his school is in the middle of freakin no mans land! Good Grief the airfare is outrageous and he's afraid to fly but would probably be ok with a direct flight...LOL...the best I could come up with is 3 layovers...
I fried my brain trying to come up with something workable and finally gave it up for the night.
