Maybe because their Dom is giving them the very thing they need, and they are respectful and grateful for it. Submission is as much of a gift as Dominance is. For everyone, it's not always about power play and resisting, it can be about being with the one person you finally feel safe relinquishing control to.

And for some of us it's about making the scene better, about rising to the challenge of what our dominants are bringing to the table, and making sure they rise with us. That the very essence of our submission is so precious that we want it earned, deserved, fought for, and so deeply wanted that despite all our no's, our fighting words, our push back, and our fight, they earn it.

Don't think for one second that when I'm telling Daddy to shut the hell up and take it, and he laughs at me, that I'm not getting exactly what I want.

Brats work differently, those who top them work differently.

It's not about what's better, for every kinkster there is a kink for them.

Maybe it just struck me wrong, and if so I apologize.

But I think it was more a comment about her version of submission than anyone or everyone else, or submission in general. And I think, to some degree, it was made in jest as well.

Exactly. That's why I described the reason why some react differently to their Dom than you do. We are all different. Different scenes between different people bring forth varied reactions. There is no wrong way or right way to follow, it's between the people involved and how they feel for each other. Simple as that.

It wasn't like I was judging. She asked "Why do they always looks so serene?!" so I shared something of myself in that situation, just like she shared her preference. Whether hers was in jest or not. It's not like we were trying to burn each other at the stake where you need to jump in and be rude.

Again, just my opinion.

And my question was because I rarely see pictures of brats mid stride twenty steps away or fighting mid scene. That's all.
