Nope, If i'm needing to stick something very sharp in soft tissue, it will not be to prolong life.

By definition. If I am going to STAB someone, it will not be with any thought of prolonging life.
So... the first statment would need correcting to: for pleasure, sharp things and soft skin should meet very carefully... and not when I'm pissed off.
Oh, and that really wierd look. I'd like to see that from some of my ex's, but not all.
