In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities; in the expert's mind there are few.

Bitterness and an unforgiving spirit can be likened to you taking poison and expecting that someone else would die from the effect. Forgiveness is about setting the prisoner in your heart free only to discover that all along, you had been the real prisoner.

I've installed the Ruger Precision Rifle brake on a few rifles for myself and for others and we're all highly satisfied. If you've got 5/8-24 threads just screw it on with a little Loctite blue and you're good to go. I'm experiencing ~60% reduction in recoil. The units run about $100.

Muzzle brake

A really good scope is going to run you as much or more than the rifle. :)

I think that them that threads-n-sich are pretty damned standard. I noticed that a lot of brakes are somewhat closer to $200. The reviews of this one seems to be across the board.

Yeah, scopes. What else is new???

Std threads for muzzle applications are 1/2-28 for the smaller barrels and 5/8-24 for the larger diameters. You need to check which one you're dealing with.

It seems there were some burred thread issues on the units in the covid time frame. Never had a problem with the ones I've installed.

Like I said, it has the appearance of the Accuracy International offering although I don't think it has the one screw barrel change out that the AI does.

I was looking at something the other day and noticed that the switcheroo barrels are a thing these days, making bolt guns kinda like ARs in that regard.

Like ARs with switcheroo uppers, you can still only shoot one of them at a time.

There's benefits, like not having to go to a gunsmith to change Cal. or replace a burned out barrel. BUT there is a price. The AI economy models start at 7 grand.
