Wat’s Carbon Water-N-Stuff Thread - Concepts In Iron And Wood!!!

Looks like Jesus approves based on the words of his very loyal, faithful and quite intelligent servant:

He who kills the tyranny in order to liberate the homeland is praised and rewarded when the tyranny himself usurps power by force against the will of his subjects, or when the subjects are forced to consent. And all this, when it is not possible to have recourse to a higher authority, constitutes praise for the one who kills the tyranny

Alex Pretti's parents speak out after son's death, say they warned him not to engage with feds

"We had this discussion with him two weeks ago or so, you know, that go ahead and protest, but do not engage, do not do anything stupid, basically."

Alex Pretti, the anti-ICE agitator who was shot in Minneapolis on Saturday, was told by his parents not to engage with federal officers while attending the protests in Minnesota. Pretti had been carrying a gun with two loaded magazines at the time of the shooting on Saturday morning.

"He cared about people deeply and he was very upset with what was happening in Minneapolis and throughout the United States with ICE, as millions of other people are upset," Michael Pretti, Alex's father, said. "He felt that doing the protesting was a way to express that, you know, his care for others."

In recent conversations with their 37-year-old son, Pretti's parents had told him not to engage with federal officers. "We had this discussion with him two weeks ago or so, you know, that go ahead and protest, but do not engage, do not do anything stupid, basically," Michael Pretti added, per CBS News. "And he said he knows that. He knew that."

Family members of Pretti said that he owned a handgun and that he had a permit to carry in the state of Minnesota, but had never known him to carry the firearm. The shooting came as ICE agents were conducting an operation to detain an illegal immigrant with a violent criminal history.

None of of this justifies Alex Pretti having his 2nd Amendment rights violated or killed after he was disarmed.

What part of “shall not be abridged” don”t you understand?
The words are "shall not be infringed"...... Alex placed himself in a volatile situation and refused to comply with law enforcement....and paid with his life and now another person will live with the burden of this tragedy....
Protesting and dieing for a criminal illegal that couldn't care less... you just are blind to the fact these illegal aliens are criminals, many of whom are violent criminals.... how fucked up is that?

1. He wasn't carrying illegally
B - They disarmed him
iii) They shot an unarmed US citizen in the back

Do you need to know more than that to come to an educated and logical conclusion?
He was violently resisting arrest being executed by federal law enforcement officers executing lawful orders. Boom, boom, boom, out go the lights. Fuck him, fuck you.

Quite. It's not a 2A issue. It's a st000pid person/trigger-happy cop issue, of which there are entirely too many these days. Whether you think they are "real cops" or not, they think that and needed to be avoided and/or complied with as though they really are. That's how to retain the ability to fog a mirror.

According to Bovino, during that operation, a separate individual approached Border Patrol agents while armed.

“During this operation, an individual approached us Border Patrol agents with a nine millimeter semi automatic handgun. The agents attempted to disarm the individual, but he violently resisted, fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, a Border Patrol agent fired defensive shots,” Bovino said.—Greg Bovino, Commander USBP

This will be a tough one to swallow. If investigators can't provide a video of him actually brandishing a firearm it's not going to go well. But make no mistake Frey and Waltz have blood on their hands. What a sad state of affairs. Sanctuary city politicians believe they are untouchable and don't have to abide by our laws. I don't believe providing illegal immigrant sanctuaries is legal. The existence of Sanctuary cities should be challenged in the Supreme court. IMHO

FYI folks.

ALL sworn federal law enforcement officers attend the FBI academy at Quantico, VA. (Only sworn officers have badges, guns, and powers of arrest.) After the initial common core training, call it basic, the candidates split off to attend classes specific to their agency, DEA, ATF, IRS, even Postal Inspectors, are trained in the specifics.

In other words they aren't 'pretend cops', 'wannabe cops', or any other variation, they are real, and serious, law enforcement officers.

The challenge to the existence of sanctuary cities should never make it to the Supreme Court. Lower courts should be able to rule on that. If not the judges need to be removed for their inability to interpret the laws they are supposed to uphold.

Let's stick with the unambiguous facts.

1. He was violently resisting arrest being executed by sworn officers.

2. He was carrying a firearm and doing so in violation of Minnesota laws concerning firearm permits. The law states that when carrying the firearm the holder MUST have the permit in their possession AND have valid ID. He had neither permit nor ID consequently he was not in LEGAL possession of a firearm.

3. In cases like this, under federal law, the officer can respond to a perceived threat and the benefit of doubt inures to the officer.

24 solid hours later, Rebel5soul continues to flog Kristi Gnome's discredited counter-narrative that the agent who murdered the protester was the "hero" in this affair.

Rebel5soul insists he has "Unambiguous Facts" that "proves" the Gestapo agent is the "hero".
This is right up there with his previous claims that "oil is a renewable resource" and "peer-reviewed research proves the Negroid race to be vastly inferior to the Caucasian race".

I'm sure he's convinced himself.
The general public? not so much.
