If you haven't guessed it already I've decided to drop this thread. You guys are doing great, but I just really haven't found a muse for my character here. Please feel free to do whatever you'd like with him, or just drop him entirely.

Aaaw...He was wonderful...Maybe we could have him simply vanish, and leave the door open for him to return.
 
Nah, kill him off. If he has no interest playing him now I don't see that magically changing later.
 
I've been in many RPs. I don't think I have ever seen someone quit and come back. I did once, in an actual D&D game, in which I only quit cause I couldn't make the scheduled times anymore.

Besides if he really did want to, he could just make a new character. This is a zombie RP, leaving is the perfect opportunity to see 'protagonists' die, after all.

Ahren has the right of it as far as I'm concerned.

The PG, if you want to return, you're welcomed to. I'd love to have you. Until then, though, with your permission?

I'd like to take over your trucker. This would help me take a more assertive role in the progression of the story on both fronts (Owen and Lara leaving as opposed to those staying).

I'm waiting for a post by Ahren to see whether the kids join Owen and Lara or do not. Once that's clear to me (and if it was made so and I missed it I'm sorry!) I'll move with Owen.

And I'll post for PG's character within the next few days.

This thread is slow moving but the quality of the movements are -really- impressive. I'm happy with everything.
 
Also I don't know why you're waiting on me. Feel free to move on unless Lily feels a sudden urge to edit her post to go with you guys. I don't think Mac wants to go anywhere. At the very least he doesn't want to leave Paula alone and unconscious with the weird trucker. Well I guess Asha is there too, but still, he's not feeling too adventurous right now.

I was thinking something smart like gathering our wits and deciding what to do, instead of something like "Ok, we are surrounded by murderous monsters, SO LET´S SPLIT UP, GANG!"



If this were a movie, this would be the part where I roll my eyes at the group separating with only flashlight in hand.
 
Oh, I agree entirely. Unfortunately before my character could voice his concerns at how dumb of an idea that was, another person tried jumping out the fire escape.

If this were a real zombie apocalypse we'd be fucking doomed already.
 
Was it my initial IC post with Lara wanting to go, that's caused the problem? If so sorry, it wasn't designed to cause bother.
 
No need to apologize, I am sure you didn´t intend to cause bother. Things sometimes just take turns for the unexpected.

Well, since Gary has recently arrived, and I was wondering what to do next, I can have him to a retrieval of Jessa. If someone makes it known that Jessa is outside, Gary will go to the rescue.

After that, we can have some nice character time discussing the wisdom of various actions taken, what we can do next... hell, some people might indulge in the "since we're going to die..." sex. This is a SRP after all chuckles

So, how does the rescuing of the damsel in distress sound to people?
