Also while were on the subject....does anyone know a free cam site.
Im sick of links to Ifriends etc. Now before anyone asks why i have a problem with these sites i am 18+ 20 to be precise but i still dont trust handing my card details out over the net.
I use AOL chat regularly but its nothing but bots. And even if the girls are real they either dont have cams or try and lead you to a paysite theyre on.

can't you use AOL-IM or ICQ or YM or something similar with your webcam? I know with a couple different programs you can automatically accept viewers so that you don't have to stop what you're doing in order to approve people...I don't think there's a max on the number of people who can watch at once, but the most I've had is three or four....hmmmm....
 
I use yahoo all the time but it doesn't like my dial up and dconns me but still better than Ifriends

Besides using Yahoo to cam chat with friends we also have www.eyeball.com. Eyeball wins if you have a slow dial up / low bandwidth connection. Free too. Chat rooms as well, and you can link Yahoo MSN and AOL to your eyeball id.

besides eyeball, another couple to try are www.anywebcam.com or www.liive.com. The last two are sites that have different levels of membership, but they start out at 'free' and work on up.
 
A bot is a computer program, it enters a chat under a username, says stuff like "Hi guys, wanna chat" and if you pm it you get "Hi, sorry i cant talk right now, pics in my profile" so u check the profile and its an advert to some pay site.

Chances are a room could be filled with say 40 chatters. Almost all the females in that room will be bots.

Think of it as spam on the Yahoo chat servers.. Especially the adult rooms.

It's an automatic program that enters the room as a chatter and usualy posts lines like "my cam only works on this page *enter link here*"

There are some more advanced 'bots' that spit out lines of conversation trying to fake out those who were born yesterday and try to lure them to a certain pay site.
