Brie

Brie is a lovely soft cheese great on french bread but my favourite is deep fried brie with cranberry sauce, to die for.:heart: :heart: ;)

Deep fried Brie

yep you got it, frequently served as a starter, much tastier starter than supposed aphrodisiacs like oysters ugh!!

Maybe I should add fried brie to the dining room's menu.....and if I serve oyster I may need to stay with smoked or steamed myself:p
 
Starters

Depending on the main course and the dessert I have been known to skip the starter and go straight to the main course although sometimes I would love to go straight to dessert:) :) :kiss:

just thought I'd pop in from my day at the beach to let you know how much I enjoyed playing beach ball.

God, I'm famished, now where is that warm gooey brie covered with cranberry sauce followed by a fresh quivering oyster for dessert....oh yum
