The weirdest combination I love is probably not that weird: Peanut Butter and Bacon (lots of it) on sourdough bread (NOT toasted). Nothing else added is necessary.

OK, that's just weird, but I can see how some'd be better that way. Wouldn't wanna do that with mint chocolate chip, for ex, but any of the 'cookie' types 'd probably rock.

I've had a white pizza made with horseradish instead of garlic, was tasty-weird.

There're garlic festivals around the country. Went to one many a moon ago in Cali and had a garlic sorbet. Tasty but very offputting at first.
