The United States government has officially sold the oil seized illegally from a Venezeulan tanker and receieved payment for the sale.
The money from the sale of the purloined oil was not deposited into any United States financial institution.
It was not deposited into any United States government bank account anywhere in the world.
The funds from the sale of the stolen oil were deposited into a PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT of one "Donald J Trump", nominally the "President Of The United States".....in QATAR.
This isolates this particular grift away from prying government eyes.
