West Richland Tavern.

DJ smiled. "That won't be necessary. I have a friend who has these items, and owes me a few favors. I would do this because I enjoy being here, and it would be part of my job if I am the DJ for the tavern. It also means the place I love playing pool at is doing even better," he said, before smiling and walking back towards the stage. He pulled his phone out and called his friend, before smiling as he set about carefully dismantling the sound system.

When DJ was done removing the sound system as carefully as he could, he glanced over it, happy to see nothing was damaged. He went over to Hannah, asking, "Would you like me to set up the sound system in your room, or possibly the lounge? It would do very well in the lounge, or your room. Just tell me what you'd like," he said, smiling softly.

He made his way back to the door, before looking down at his watch. It had taken him about an hour to dismantle everything, and he knew his friend would be delivering the equipment about this time. He stepped to the door right as he saw the truck pulling in. DJ hollered at his friend, and everything was quickly unloaded, before being set up. DJ smiled and thanked his friend, before looking at the new sound system.

He could tell Hannah wasn't feeling too well, so knew better than to keep bothering her. She would tell him what she wanted to do in time. Instead, he just ran the new system through tests, tweaking the levels so that it sounded better throughout the room, as well as on stage.

Eugene roused from his sleep with a growling yawn and stretch, sits up in bed rubs his eyes to see clearly. Swinging his legs out over the side of the bed, standing pulling his loose fit jeans back on awhile. Tossing the covers back that clung to arm, it fell over Sadie waking the little dog up. ''Morning girl, hungry?''

Smelling the brewed coffee stumbling into the kitchen, reaching the maker getting a large mug. He fills it to the brim with the fresh coffee, adding creamer and two spoonfuls of sugar into it. Pouring Sadie's dog bowls with kibble and water, she wags her tail and begins to eat her breakfast.

With a sleepy grin he's off again to the bedroom, reaches the tall window opened it to sit on the sill. It was his own way to greet a morning, shirtless the morning sunshine felt good upon his skin. Sips the coffee as he looks out from his perch, enjoying the beginning of a brand new day he smiles.

"Hannah, this is DJ. DJ, Hannah, she's my cousin as well as the owner," Tess took it upon herself to make the introduction.

Alexa waited patiently with Raven for Tess to finish talking with the sound guy and Hannah. She drummed on the counter and shifted from foot to foot.

DJ stood up, smiling. He saw that Tess was there, before moving to her. "Would you like to test everything out? I think I have everything set up now, and you can tell me if I need to tweak anything for the shows, or the dancing," he said, his laptop in his hands as he sat at the bar.

"Um, well I told the girls I'd take them shopping. Alexa only has the clothes she's wearing. Can we do it when we get back?" Tess could tell the other girls were anxious to get going.

DJ nodded. "I have nothing else to do for the rest of the day. Do I need to get clothes for a uniform?" he asked, wondering if there was one, or if he was able to wear whatever he wanted to wear while DJing.

While Raven is waiting for Tess, she thinks about that guy she saw, in the building across the street, this morning. She isn't sure if he saw her or not, but he definitely had the look she was always drawn to and always regretted afterwards, the bad boy look.

Raven shook her head to clear the image and saw Tess talking to the dj, she could see they were both attracted to each other even though they tried to pretend they weren't.

"Hey Tess, if you need to stick around here then just point us in the right direction and we can walk to the thrift store."

"That's really up to Hannah," Tess couldn't help but notice how great his arms and shoulders looked in the black t shirt he was wearing, "oh Hannah before I forget; do you mind if I take the girls in your car? It'll be a lot faster than walking and we're sort of on a time crunch."

She checked her watch and saw it was going on 9am, they only had two hours to find clothes that fit Alexa and get back to get ready in time for opening at 11.

DJ smiled. "You can take my truck if you want. There'll be plenty of room to throw stuff in the bed of the truck if you need it, or in the back seat. It's up to you though," he told Tess, before looking back at his laptop screen, seeing what the expected levels would be for the songs that he had on Tess's playlist from last night.

Tess remembered how large the truck was and smiled. She loved driving trucks.

"That would be a huge help, thank you," she replied. She wondered if it was his way of making it up to her for seeing her naked earlier.

"So, are we ready?" Alexa asked, beaming. New clothes. . . she couldn't remember the last time she went clothes shopping. . . And true sexy clothes too! Maybe she could get some make up too. . .

DJ smiled and tossed Tess his keys. "Enjoy it, and if you need anything else, just give me a call," he said, smiling as he buried himself back into his laptop. The more he dug around in the system, the more intricately he found he could tune things to make everything sound perfect. He wanted to make what he could be as perfect for Tess as he could.

"Yeah, we're ready," Tess smiled at her enthusiasm, "we don't have a lot of time though so we will have to be quick."

"That's fine," Alexa said, sliding off her bar stool. "I don't need much, just enough to get me by for a few weeks until I can get more."

Raven followed Tess and Alexa outside. She glanced up at the building across the street and that guy was still sitting there, she looked away quickly but not before he looked over and their eyes met. Raven stumbled in the truck because she was too busy not watching where she was going.

"Okay, let's go," Tess jingled the keys and started for the door. She thought for a second and turned back around to look at DJ. He was already engrossed in his laptop and the fine tuning he wanted to get done. She took a deep breath and walked over to him, standing almost against him and she awkwardly kissed his cheek.

"Thank you," she whispered before turning around and flouncing out the door with Alexa and Raven on her heels.

She got a special thrill when she started the truck, feeling all the power of the engine almost made her shiver with excitement. She put her sunglasses on, turned up the music, and smiled at Alexa who was riding shotgun.

"Let's go!"

"Raven, you okay?" Alexa asked, watching her stumble and preventing her from colliding with the vehicle too much.

DJ was a little shocked that Tess kissed him. He smiled in spite of himself, blushing slightly, before hearing her whisper "thank you" to him. He whispered back, "You're welcome. Enjoy it," as she left. He turned back to his laptop, making sure everything would be tweaked as much as possible for the music to sound perfect.

Eugene having finished his morning coffee set the mug aside, sunlight flashes off the tavern door catching his attention. Tess and two new girls step out to go shopping, that's what it seemed like the him anyway. He cups his hands on each side of his mouth, calling Tess's name with a grin and a big wave.

''G'MORNIN TESS!'' Chuckling knowing she would have to look for him, looking closely at the new girl their eyes met a moment. Eugene thought, wow she's drop dead gorgeous. Right after that brief moment of eye contact, slack jawed too long he'd embarrassing himself.

"I'll take care of the older system don't worry. And just a red t shirt and black pants. Try to match the colors." She finally answered after a while. She sighed and checked the time the girls only had about an hour, they ended to hurry.

Raven was excited about her purchases. She got a real bargain on that black and red corset, only $5! She also got some jeans, t-shirts and a brown leather jacket she just couldn't pass up. They didn't have any boots that grabbed her, but maybe after her first pay check she could check out an actual shoe store. She had a fun time shopping with Tess and Alexa, they also got some good buys and Alexa got quite a bit of stuff on that money that Troy gave her. It was fun watching her shop, she was like a kid in a candy store, touching everything, if Tess didn't keep reminding her of the time limits they would probably still be there! Raven smiled at the thought of Alexa shopping.

Alexa had scored on some jeans and shirts, even finding a few bras that actually fit her. Plus the corset and skirt combination that she loved. It was cheap too. Tess and Raven were indulgent, and they made it back, her carrying her bags. She had also found some make up and shampoo, which was nice. "Thanks, Tess, Raven," she said honestly.

"It's no problem Alexa," Tess smiled. She got the feeling that no one in Alexa's life had ever spoiled her or even really done right by her at all. She acted like she'd never been shopping before, and it was just Goodwill!

Tess remembered a time in her life when her father had lavished her with attention. Dance lessons, singing, lessons, riding lessons, and material possessions; if she asked he didn't hesitate. Tess always thought it was his way of apologizing for not having any other children. Tess had pleaded with her parents when she was a little girl for a little brother but her mother just cried and hid in her room. Tess didn't understand then, but her mother was plagued by infertility. Tess shook her head as she pushed the door of the Tavern open. It was 10:15 by now and they had very little time to get ready.

"Let's hustle," she told the girls as they trotted upstairs. She didn't even notice until she got to her room that she had forgotten to return the keys to DJ. She tossed them in her nightstand drawer for safekeeping. He would be around all night, she would see him later.

She quickly stripped, intent on choosing a new outfit. She laid them out on the bed and looked them over, considering them with some of her other clothes. She mixed and matched until she found a combination she liked.

Hannah hummed softly as she made her way up the stairs with an arm load of assorted outfits all of black and red, they were various sizes and she hung them on the door knobs of the girl's rooms accordingly along with a little envelope.
Inside was a $100 bill and a note which read.
'I would like to thank you all for choosing Hannah's place as your area of current and future employment. I Hannah F. appreciate your help and company in this current time of my life. Hot food will be served to you at 6 and everyone gets free drinks past 11:35 tonight. Please grant me at least 5% of nightly tips and earnings, log book is downstairs at the bar. KEEP YOUR OWN LOG AND MAKE CUSTOMERS SIGN! This helps to ensure your safety and theirs. Good luck tonight, all shall be waitresses until further notice, or personal clientele is requested. See you all shortly.
Love, Hannah XOXO.'

She then yawned softly and switched on the open sign, as the clock rung 10:30. Might as well open a bit early. She stood behind the bar, pretty as a picture, all ill appearances gone from pure excitement of their opening. It would be a slow day to start, but one she looked forward to.
