What are Penis pumps

I have had some health issues, and with them, I developed ED. A penis pump will not increase your size or length permanently, but it will increase your girth and size enough to put on a cock ring (i use my wife's hair ties) to keep you erect and a bit larger during sex. But you have to put them on right after using the pump to keep the blood in your penis. So do not buy the BS. A penis pump works best for people with ED but does little for people who feel it makes them John Holmes.......

I have been using my pump for a little over a week now and have some observations.

I bought the electric pump off Amazon that was recommended on this thread. It is far easier than the bathmate which I found a pain in the ass. Not having to be in the bath or shower makes it far easier to do my 10 minutes every day.

I do not believe it will ever make me longer or thicker and the only physical observation is that my foreskin seems looser but guess it is being stretched while the pump is on.

I have not used a ring with it yet and it is nice and hard and thick but it is not long before goes back to normal size quite quickly.

For me the biggest benefit which has been almost immediate is that it desensitises my head a bit which means I can go for much longer than before. If this is the only positive I can get from it it is worth every penny.

It will be interesting to see if it benefits other areas like blood flow etc in the longer term.

Following prostatectomy, I’ve been using a penis pump for about 3 months. It “magically” produces a rigid erection within seconds and it stays erect as long as the penis remains in the vacuum tube. Talked to my urologist about pumps. He had a handy pamphlet and we had a good talk on the subject. One place he mentioned to buy from is LApumps.com. Has anyone used them before? Not the cheapest but there's a sizing measurement to use, not just for monster cock guys.

I am now a little over 6 months in with the pump and I am definitely seeing benefits to ED and PE. I have had much more solid hard on's and been lasting quite a bit longer. I have tried the cock ring twice but its not for me. I really didnt enjoy the feeling of cumming with a cock ring on.

Interestingly we have had sex a few times directly after using the pump and my wifes does not feel any significant difference in girth but for some positions the length can hit spots that are not that comfortable for her.

As mentioned in my previous posts I have no interest in changing size but just the quality of the erection.

Just an update on my pumping journey.

I pump on average 5 times a week and am up to 15 minutes per session. I have done some research and it would appear that in order to avoid bruising you need to start on a very low suction for a minute or 2 and only then go up slowly until you are at the max you can deal with. I then leave it at max for 5 minutes and the release the pressure for 2 minutes and then back on for another 5 minutes.

In terms of strength of erections I definitely feel that they are far stronger and my wife agrees. I have noted that when I started when I was ending my pump at full pressure my head was about 1/2 inch from the end of the tube and now the tip is pressing solidly against the motor so I would think the overall length has increased marginally although this was not the purpose of the excersise.

For me the most interesting and satisfying side effect is that I have always been a grower with my soft length about 3 inches and hard 7 inches. Now my soft length is about 5 inches.

I would love to hear from others who pump and see what tips and tricks they have found may be useful.
