What are you fuckers reading now?

This was so good; highly recommended. Now on to How to Stop Time by Matt Haig.
I really fancy this and will order I think.

Broke off the Irish book I posted before (which is good) to re read Into The Darkest Corner by Elizabeth Haynes after reminiscing about good books we swapped with an old colleague. Still a gripping read.

The Chamber by John Grisham

It's not really my type of book but it's ok so far.

I enjoyed this one until the end. It wrapped up a little too neatly for my taste. Next up: The Book of Lost and Found by Lucy Foley.

George Michael was a bit of a prick. Read a couple of good easy reads; The Man Who Didn't Call by Rosie Walsh (made me cry ffs) and You Be Mother by Meg Mason.

Next up The White Hare by Jane Johnson.

Nightbitch has great reviews but I thought it was bloody dreadful.

Just finished Ghost Lover by Lisa Taddeo. Not a lover of short stories, the one night stands of reading, but Jesus no one writes about women like she does. I just wish she had more than three books out.

Last week, I finished reading Captured by the Highlanders by Katie Douglas. It's an erotic novel. I'm currently one third of the way through Neon Gods by Katee Robert.

If you love Greek mythology, vampires, and sex, then this is the book to read

Re-reading The Last Days of Rabbit Hayes cos I've only just realised she wrote a sequel.

Galloping through The Silent Listener by Lyn Yeowart as Amazon are bringing me the new Jess Kidd this evening, and I fucking love Jess Kidd.

Listener has been a slow start but it's picking up now it's took a grisly turn. Also there was a spider killing scene in the last chapter that made me happy.

Between the Stops, Sandi Toksvig. Kind of an autobiographical ramble through her memories and bit like sitting down with her for a cuppa. Easy read, but it helps if you know who she is ( UK tv presenter, writer, actress ).

I always remember a book that made me cry and ST made me laugh and cry, sometimes on the same page. I already liked her as an entertainer, but I now know her better as a person and she deserves to be a woman celebrated on the No12 bus route
