no, i dont even bother reading them at this point. i think most of the more active people looking for actual connections find their way to the playground and branch out from there. i really only browse the playground, fetish, and amateur picture threads.

I used to, in days gone by, look through ads. Looking for connection. Or to get off. I'm not afraid to admit that.

I answered on extremely rare occasion. And never the ones that meet the description in your question. They always read as fake, desperate or both. Looking for something thoughtful, that felt like a real person with actual needs was on the ofher side. The clearer a poster was about what they were looking for the better. Easier to tell if we might be in the same book, let alone on the same page.

Most of the time nothing came of it. A few times something did.

Hell, I posted a few way back when. Always tried to be as honest as I could about what and who i was looking for, even if that was to say I wasn't entirely sure.
