That I’m ready to be inspired and motivated by the people around me. Can’t believe couple years ago I was in constant awe of the strong women around me (and I mean easily deadlifting over 200lbs humble and down to earth women). I miss celebrating my small milestones, and learning to accept and love my thunder thighs. And watching my calves getting muscular, last year I didn’t even go half as much as I should have. Which resulted in a very negative thought process in me. Things need to change, slowly but gradually. I mean I can’t always run home during lunch break to take a dip in epsom bath salts so I can make my sore body walk like I’m doing right now because I was terrible at last night’s workout. (Yes that is the end to my thought that you did not see coming
