all gyms should outlaw recording of any kind...do that shit in your own private gym...there is a lifting influencer on X that comments on videos and outrage all the time...these people actually think youre ruining their video by walking by and think youre "looking at them"...they can fuck all the way off. you do you and get your results!

I do 5 miles a day on bike/treadmill 
now and back issues caused by excessive LIT abuse have gone away....you will get results I promise....just stick with it....
