This reminds me of a long story about hot dogs.

But that’s how Buffalo Wild Wings came about as I understand it. Two guys from buffalo, NY were craving wings and nobody in town they moved to had them.

So their options were … road trip to Buffalo, NY or start a restaurant.

Can we expect a Chilly’s restaurant to open anytime soon?

It’s funny you say that. My best friend wants me to start some kind of event services…you know weddings, birthdays, etc. I could cater or just do some specialty things.

For her wedding I made 200 Chinese take out containers full of homemade fortune cookies (chocolate orange flavored) and for my wedding I did a dessert table with 13 different cheesecakes. I did cups full of homemade cracked jack’s for another friend’s baseball themed wedding.

She says she’d do all my marketing and web stuff and help but it’s a ton of work!
