What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

So in the last couple weeks or so, Broken_paladin, indie, Muse, NRJlives4ever, SallySparrow33 full-on deleted their profiles…

…and @cheekygirl75 , @Razzyricho and @tolyk have come back, while @AtramentousRex revealed himself to be Nevin resurrected from the dead. Am I forgetting anyone?
I don’t get the deleting of profiles, it’s like they think they can erase history when their messages and anything quoted still exists. It’s like they are making a statement to the rest of us.
The problem with coming back as a new alt is the person eventually reverts back to themselves and everyone knows even if they don’t say anything.

Been seeing a lot of videos about neurotypical vs nuerodivergent, but they never mention promises. NDs keep their word forever while NTs don’t seem to put the same importance on it over time. It could be that a promise is like a switch to NDs that once switched can only be intentionally switched back and NTs is more a notion depending current circumstances.

I know a few NDs that aren't great at promises, but that is linked to memory and stretching themselves too thin. My best friend is ADHD and often makes promises that aren't kept. My ADHD daughter however is amazing at keeping promises, as is my ASD son. Myself, self diagnosed ND, I am not as good as them.

I really hope that I will be able to see the northern lights tonight. 🌘
It’s rare that it’s easy to see, where I am, so I was awestruck last year to see it twice. We kinda have to know where to look and be in a dark area place, letting our eyes adjust. Then wonder how the hell we could possibly have missed it!

But you are further north so I’m jealous.

It usually goes one of two ways - either the original account was a catfish who can’t help but mimic their old style and gets clocked immediately, or someone left for toxic reasons and comes back bitter when no one remembers them 🤐

Truth is, unless you stood out in an extremely good or bad way, most of us aren’t that memorable. Just drops in the bucket that make this place what it is.

I’ve got a soft spot for the alts who come back and truly don’t give a fuck (but I’m definitely biased 🤪)

Well, a good thing about spending this much time in the forest, is that I am also in a certified "Dark Sky Park", meaning that the light pollution close by is crazy low. (I would never be able to see the lights back home in Copenhagen!)

And.. it being Denmark, a country of a lot of islands, 😅, I am never ever far from the ocean, I took this picture last year.. a short 8 mins walk from my house.

Also.. having a good app that gives warnings on your phone, it all helps when you are hunting the lights! 🤩

Never understood the thrill of catfishing or alts. People must lead boring and sad fucking lives. I have had many other user names but those were banned simply for talking shit and rabble rousing.

Question: What kind of animals do you have in the Forest, where you're at ?

What an excellent pic!

I had to drive into some nearby hills and then scan the sky with my phone …which is excellent it seeing it, compared to human sight. Then find somewhere safe to stand while my eyesight adjusts.

On that safety note …I passed so many people ON THE ROAD 🤦‍♂️

Not as lovely as your pic but…

I'll keep my fingers crossed that it will be a clear sky so you'll get a full view!

True, I have a friend with adhd who forgets a lot, I was thinking more of those on the spectrum, like myself.
