This combo at prescription strength was what my doctor gave me for my muscle spasms last week. It helped, but didn't completely shut out the pain as I might have hoped.

Add a muscle relaxer and about 4 days rest and I finally started feeling better.

Hopefully it doesn't take you as long to be on the mend!
