What else can I eat?

You can buy them this weekend and boil them, mash them, and refrigerate them. When you need them, mix in butter, cream/milk (I use evaporated milk) and warm them in a slow cooker.

ETA: I often freeze them, too.

Triple cheese stuffed shells. The large shell pasta, stuffed with a blend of parmesan, ricotta and chopped spinach. Layered over leafy spinach, slathered in marinara and topped with a not inconsiderable heap of mozzerella.

For my side, an arugela salad. Fresh arugela, sweet yellow peppers, baby tomatoes and the last of the roasted corn from last night. Just a tiny bit of olive oil.

Gonna be good eating at my house for another few meals!

Of course. Staying warm is the idea. I'm mad I have to be dressed in warmer clothing, and my feet are cold. It's also annoying that I have to take off this blanket every time I want to get up in the middle of the afternoon.

Last year I bought a fleece poncho to keep me warm while sitting in bed at night reading. If you snap up the hole (without your head in it) it becomes a blanket.
