I got three customer complaints at work tonight. That's more than I've gotten, combined, in 13 years on the job.

My sin? Making people come outside in the cold. Because their driveways/sidewalks were ice sheets and not safe to cross.

Two of them nearly fell while coming out to get their food. Better them than me!

Would they rather you sue them after you fall and break something? People are so dumb!
