A pink gel pen is sometimes necessary because it’s whimsy, fun, and girly. While those documents don’t leave my desk and are usually shredded -it makes me smile. Normally, for work it’s always black gel pen.

Take a pic. This will be a large file size and unable to post to lit but take a screenshot then edit that screenshot to capture the image.

Then that image file size will be small enough for lit to handle

Can and are, depending on how they're wielded.

Being observant and a people watcher is just part and parcel of my "extracurricular" activities. You get very good at reading people. It doesn't stop me from engaging with folks, but I do put less stock into what people say vs what they do.
