If you actually understood anything about politics you might get the fact that their exit triggers a change in not just the British monarchy but others. They are a major income source for many countries. Not to mention if your moving for work involved your countries representatives then yes it is important.

MHD, I like you and all, but I do disagree regarding the relevance of their royalty in our lives here in the States; allies or not. The drama in that institution isn't congruent with the level of stability in their government.

I've no opinion on the alleged bullying, as I do not follow them and couldn't opine from a learned point of vantage.
I nether envy or despise any of them; simply don't care.
