I'm thinking it's a special girl's birthday today, and not only is her little silver raccoon necklace not arriving in the mail today, but neither is the raccoon stuffed animal I ordered as a backup tide-me-over present. ORDERED ON AMAZON PRIME THREE DAYS AGO, WHY THE HELL IS IT LATE.

Also the necklace arrived at my local post office this morning. So it won't make it to my house today. It will just be taunting me, three miles from my house.
