What Book Are You Currently Reading?

I was talking with a couple of other Litsters about a re-read the other day. It’s intimidating, for sure.

I love it. I re-read it if not every year, every 2 for sure. I don't like audiobooks but I do have this one, with Martin Shaw (he's fantastic), and The Children of Húrin with Christopher Lee, and of course LOTR.

Basically, the only audiobooks I have are from Tolkien. I also have the BBC radio drama of his works. :)

I was listening to the movie score/soundtrack tonight, as I cooked.

OMG!
I'm working on a project related to the soundtrack. :D
I'm making some videos using footage from the scenes where the songs with lyrics in Quenya, Sindarin, Adunaic and Black Speech are used. Providing the original text with english translation. I have finished with the first movie. I'm doing the whole trilogy.

I would love to send you a link and let me know what you think? :)

Absolutely.

I have a million geeky LOTR stories.

Oh god, this bad. We'll never see them again

For some of us, this could just have appropriately be written in the "Turn Me On in One Sentence" thread.

I’m reading 2 presently...

Eat For Life ( Dr Joel Fuhrman )

And

Vegetarian Indian Cooking With Your Instant Pot ( Minali Singh )...

We have Pizza, beer and 3 types of ice cream: chocolate, tiramisù and lemon.

I enjoyed it. You just wouldn't give me my precious back (Give it to me!)

Come to my party and I might give you "your precious", in flesh. ;):D

The Bookish Life of Nina Hill. Nice light, fun read; I can't handle anything serious or intense right now.

The House of Kennedy - James Patterson . . . . pretty good so far

and

The Emotion Code - Dr. Bradley Nelson

Was given a rather large assortment of ebooks recently and have taken up the challenge to read them all.

Currently reading "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown. Going to take quite a bit of willpower to finish it. This book is an assault on most readers common sense and their sense of logic.
