Just Finished 'Broken Promise' (Linwood Barclay). Best book I've read all year . Seriously, I think Barclay is very good and don't understand why he is not more well known. I searched this thread and there are no references to him, other than mine. I do realize that some people read educational/intellectual material, whereas I mostly read for pleasure, but.... Curious to know if anyone else has read Barclay?

I'm reading this now and already looking forward to reading more of his books!

I read his The Disappearance of Childhood a while back. It was thought provoking. Plus a book about Technology written when I was in high school sounds interesting. I wonder how much he got correct.
