I like cheese. I like dogs. I like picnics. I like Avebury. I like F1.
I LOVE that today I had a picnic, at Avebury, with my dogs and some good friends and their dogs, who brought different cheese to me, and then I came home to watch the Bahrain GP![]()

Ok, but do you like cheese dogs at picnics?
I like F1, too, but I can't find much of it around here. NASCAR is on now, though, with lots of wrecks and good ole boys swearing!
I like cheese, not cheez - plastic is not fantastic as far as I'm concerned, lol! Chilli dogs are a different matter though, excuse me while I drool

I've never seen the appeal of auto racing. I'd just as soon watch women's basketball; which is to say that I'd just as soon watch paint drying.
However, I had an uncle who was nuts about it, specifically Indy racing (although, had he lived long enough for NASCAR to become big, he'd have probably like it too, especially since he and NASCAR share similar histories.
My paternal uncles and my father were all moonshiners in Western Kentucky during prohibition (well, the old man was still a kid then but his brothers were actively making and selling corn liquor.) After prohibition ended, they kept making corn and selling it on Sundays and at blind pigs and especially in Tennessee (which was still dry.) They kept at it until Uncle Sam sent them all on an all expenses paid trip to Europe. If memory serves, NASCAR was started by purveyors and distributors of corn liquor.
FYI, the uncle who I originally mentioned; he got hit by a tire at the Indy 500 and was airlifted out in a helicopter. I'm going to have to see if I can find some mention of that online...
I like finding out, purely by accident, that I can rotate one monitor to portrait-view (sideways; for viewing long documents like word documents, magazines etc...) without affecting (or effecting, for that matter) the rotation of the other monitor*.
*That empty block below the right monitor doesn't really exist. That's just the way that printscreen captured it.
