Ok, let me say that I like Lebron James, even though he has taken over the airwaves.
I also like the Tennessee Volunteers, although not as much as my team of choice.
I like spanking, in the right circumstances, but I would not pay, or charge, to see it.LOL
So, since I am now back on my firm footing of what I like, at this time, let me continue. My mother in law's family reunion is today, people are coming from all over, and, surprisingly, I like most of them.

When I was young, we would crumble up the biscuits, then put eggs on them, then bacon, then gravy, and mix everything up!
I have to work this afternoon, but I know what I'm fixing tomorrow morning!

Migas are typically served with refried beans, and corn or flour tortillas are used to enfold all of the ingredients into tacos.
A version is also served which adds a spicy chorizo to the standard ingredients. The tortilla strips can also be deep-fried until crunchy.
Trust me when I say it tastes better than it looks.

Well, it looks pretty good! I wonder where I could find some here, but I don't need the Lent version, since all lapsed Southern Baptists love meat!
