I love the mountains too..moved to WV from Michigan and love the scenery here.

I think western NC is beautiful too...Asheville, Maggie Valley and further west are spectacular. Ever ride the parkway from near 26 going east? Beautiful..

I dated a woman that lived just south of Charlotte..so i got to see a lot of the state. I love Charlotte, it was nothing at all like I was expecting..I was kind of a northern snob, and seeing Charlotte for the first time, shocked me. I still go there every now and then, need to get to the NASCAR hall...been there yet?

If you can only do it every now and then, and not get hooked, why don't you? Thats what I do... give a Macanudo a try, they are very good...they come in a white tube.
