Just did my quarterly ALS/BLS renewal (CPR & ACLS certs) on our automated system that includes mannequins with sensors to detect the effectiveness of the CPR we do. Had to take off my thumb spica splint and "thump the dummy" on the adult and infant devices. Now BOTH wrists are complaining!

I'm glad I don't have to maintain ACLS. BLS only for me. I used to need ACLS, PALS, ALSO, and NRP.
