What makes you cry?

Hmmmmmm...for me it can be lots of things...I'm very emotional. :rose:

~Making love with someone and just baring my soul during it..and then when all is said and done...lying in my lover's arms...i cry...

~Love stories...on the screen or a book...some song that bring back memories...and the people I've met and lost in this life....

I'm sure there is more...like I said...I have my weepy days.

...sitting in the hospital....watching my husband as his life is ending....and having to tell him goodbye....

When my children are sad.

Bridges of Madison County.

The song Butterfly Kisses and a select few others.

The most amazing and cherished love letters from my cowboy.

My daugter did a solo ballet to Butterfly Kisses. She performed it in countless dance competition and always made me cry, and most times a couple of others in the audience too. She was 12 ans danced with a passion beyond her years.
I cried and cried the other day when I learned my friend, after health problems etc, had a baby boy. Gosh I am a sook!

just about anything that involves a goodbye scene. it can be a really intense move, or a "special episode" of the world's most idiotic sitcom. it can be that someone's dying, or that two people that love each other have to say goodbye for whatever reason. ever since my dad died, almost any kind of "goodbye" that I see makes me cry.

Knowing what some of my fellow listers are going through.

The news about hotMDswimmer made me cry. So sad to lose someone so young.

Bless her heart! My daughter is 13, isn't it a sweet age?

Congratulations to your friend and her beautiful baby, that's wonderful.

Actually, this is crying in a good way. I have a buddy that if something weird is going to happen to someone it is going to happen to him. When something happens to him he is not afraid to tell his story. He has no shame...lol...I have been brought to tears listening to him tell his stories.

When people I care about are in pain.

When I'm angry.

When I can't express emotions in other ways ...

Rox :rose:

stupid animal films like Lassie, and chick flicks, time to sneak out and make a drink:eek:

USA being on top above England in their Group C and going to the final 16 rounds of the FIFA World Cup.

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband July :rose: My thoughts are with you and you know where I am sweetheart.

Not much makes me cry these days....sad news and sad movies...oh and anything that involves my kids or family hurt or upset.

You have been very strong for him...and in yourself. He knows this...and you do too.

I'm sorry you have to do such a very difficult thing.

Sending you big hugs, and spotlight prayers.

lorelei13 - does it make you cry that US is above England or just that England is in 2nd?

Unfortunately lots of things.
But today it was watching STEEL MAGNOLIAS.................the funeral scene with Sally Fields gets to me everytime. :(

Reading about July's husband... and hearing about hotMDswimmer... both made me cry today :(

I am very, very sorry. Watching someone you love slip or pass away is it's own special kind of hell. If you ever need a shoulder, please don't hesitate. I wish peace and happy memories for you and your family.
