Ingredients

2 containers organic low sodium chicken broth
Organic carrots
Organic celery
1 box pastina, orzo or elbows
2 large cans chicken breast
Butter
1 Onion
Parmigiano-Reggiano,
Salt

- In a skillet, melt butter then add chopped onion. Just soften them
- In a large pot bring the chicken broth to a boil as you cut the carrots and celery.
- At boiling, add carrots and celery and boil about 10 minutes.
- When done, add pasta and cook according to directions on package.
- Then stir in the sautéed onions and chicken (after you’ve drained the cans). Finito

You can add salt and some Parmigiano-Reggiano, to your liking.

I wanted to write a cookbook and call it “Lazy Chef”, but there already is one 😒
