What's Pissing me off!!

Okay yes we had a snowstorm last Friday, the highway had been plowled and sanded. The sun beated down on the black-top and the road is bare. So why da hell are assholes still driving at 80Kph in an 110 zone and slow down to 40 when passing a car or truck that has been abandoned in at the side of the road for 2 days now. Cops patrol the highway and do tow the cars out, you expect somebody to rush out, "My wife's having a baby!"

I haven't seen a person wipe-out in front of me for 13 years, and yes I did stop and offer help, after sliding 150 feet trying to stop on the ice. and nearly getting hit by others. I took the lady two miles to a gas station where she got a tow.

Well, I have to run, another day driving and watching the "Gong Drivng Show".

As for me, I'm pissed, I had a good truck to work with today a one ton, but it had "bugs!!" And I mean BUGS! The truck was fueled up and ready to go. Well guess what the fuel gauge doesn't work, it's on empty. Worse my fuel card was switched to gas, and taken off Diesel, so I had to run about to get another fuel card. Then the truck runs out of fuel all of a sudden. So after the boss shows up with two jerry cans of fuel, we find out the rear tank is full, and I spill diesel on my pants. The rear fuel tank pump doen't work either. (Yes it soaked through to my underwear. Good thing my wife is at work or she'd be,...... well good thing she's vanillia. I'm sure there will be suggestions,) So we re-fuel and then the battery goes dead as we try to re-start the truck. All this being done on a very busy highway while it is snowing and people should slow down. (Somebody was killed, thank-fully on the North Side of the Ring-road system.) So drive back to the shop and get a set of jumper cables. Still no joy. We call the shop, they give us two non-mechanics some instructions and we manually pump the fuel and finally get it started.

I get to my delivery, opps, wrong address, or is it? My sheet says Warry Cresent, the sign says Warry Court. Well I call the office and wait, and wait, and wait, finally yes it was a typo. Delivery made; only took 3 hours. Then find a station that uses the new card I was issued and get back to the office, 5:30PM what a long day.

Climate change conference in Copenhaugen, what a waist of time. Politicians trying to look like they care but still dancing on the strings of their wealthy Industrialist Owners. I'm sorry but we need more diastor films about how this planet will be ripped apart because of our short-sightedness. You have to scare people before anything gets done. Artic Ice will be gone in 2014. Polar Bears will only surivive in a Zoo, then gone.

We are on the brink of diastor, and all it gets is a joke.

Well, you see here is my take on Congress, they should make the median income of their state. While they are in DC in session they should live in government housing, no we won't supply them with nice suites or mansions they can live in the projects with their constituents. I believe they should be fed cafeteria style food that they feed the children in our school or maybe we can give them a few food stamps to help them out. As for medical care, let them go and sit in the ER with the rest of the working poor hoping that the doctor will care enough to actually try to figure out what is wrong instead of giving them a quick fix and telling them to go to their doctor that they don't have because who can afford insurance when you can't even afford to put food on your plate. Oh, and no more raises, the country is in the red financially, well geez lets do what businesses have to do; they have to work furlough, we are going to cut their hours and I am sorry but some of them are going to be laid off.

But that is just me.
