I was at the gym yesterday. I haven't been there for a month due to a nasty cold with cough and loss of breath.
I think even my eyebrows are sore today.......

Well, I never learn. It felt good so I just went back to the weights I did before the cold and It wasn't a problem until I woke up today.
Some massage and stretching is on the menu today I think. And back to the gym again tomorrow.
