Down my way folks are flipping old Suburbans as roaming ARBnBs for the beach. A couple are smoking well done.Well, the Suburban is big as a small house. Put down the back seat and you have a master bedroom.

They started making them for looks not use..I have 2016 trd offload with lift for king tides. Has a built in fishing set up.

I got a 2020 OR. I put an OME lift on it and it's much better than the stock off road suspension. I've been slowly adding to it for some camping and road trips.

The suspension on American cars in the 70's and 80's felt like marshmallows compared to European cars.
But it felt like you could drive it through a concrete wall and not even the paint would be scratched.

Alaska is in my plans at some point to drive across and do some camping. Any spots that stick out as ones to go to that others tend to miss out on? I love hiking and spending time outside, though probably during the warmer months. Winter in Alaska looks a little too rough
