I keep thinking I should try rum but I have an absurd number of unopened bottles of bourbon and I feel like I should drink some of those before adding more bottles that won't fit to the cabinet

As a Bourbon guy myself, definitely worth giving rum a shot.

Actually, it's not Bourbon or rum, but you should try Balvenie Caribbean Cask scotch. It's a 14 year (if I remember right) that's finished for the last 2 years in rum barrels. Amazing.

I've heard good things. My cabinet is so full I can barely close the doors and only 5 bottles are open. Gotta work my way through the existing supply before I let myself buy more

I feel ya. I polished off half a bottle of Rabbit Hole the other day, opened up some space. Not one of my best life decisions. But hey, more room!

I have been pleasantly surprised by wheel horse cigar batch and toasted barrel. Pretty damn good for like 35 bucks
