what would you be?

Besides, what's wrong with falling to your knees every once in a while? :p

Well, in my case it would HURT! (I have bad knees)

I would want to be a rock/metal vocalist or drummer. I've been in a couple of bands as a drummer, and enjoyed it even though we never got much (or any) success, and I wouldn't mind trying it again.

I also tried out for the vocalist spot in a couple of bands. Flubbed one, shot for the moon and almost made it on the second (but was ultimately beaten out by a friend of the band), and now I have ruined my voice through misuse and can't sing more than a verse at a time, if that long without hurting my throat :(

And what happens if you happen to walk past an industrial strength magnet when you're in this get-up?

Falling on your knees is ok as long as it doesn't strip a layer of skin.

It's too dangerous, Lucky - choose another dream job :p
That's why there are video games!

Every year I have to do a performance review with my boss. Part of the performance review is to set my career path ... this is the section I hate and refer to it as the "what do you want to be when you grow up box". So when we got to it last year, I told my boss I wanted to be a princess when I grew up. A few days later, I came into work and found a tiara sitting on top of my monitor at work. :D

Astronaut.

There's never been any question in my mind, if I could have had the discipline/talent/physical health to do it I would have.

What I'm doing now.
Wish I had done this 25 years ago. But there again, I didn't have the skills I do now.

It doesn't pay well (in money).

I like yours too. :D

I found this one sunning himself on my neighbour's roof. He was so totally unbothered and obliging while I clicked him. And the expression is priceless. :cathappy:

Host for a Travel channel show. Decent pay and you go everywhere first class for free and get to see stuff most tourists aren't allowed to see.

Professional poker player. I'm almost there. I just have to start playing better, and for money, and win a lot more than I do ;)

I'd have my own yoga and meditation centre somewhere in the countryside and be a full-time teacher.

Ooh, that's easy: Full-time musician.

I'd stay in the band - but I might have time to fool around with some electronica on the side.

(And I'd write a lot more stories...)

I suppose I also wouldn' mind being a well known extra in martial arts movies. Not one of the big names. I'm not cut out for that. but I would like to be the guy who gets his neck snapped in all of the Jet Li/Jackie Chan/Tony Jaa/Van Dam/Segal movies.
