Whats every body reading?

I just finished a YA book called The Compound. It was m'kay but felt YA. That means it felt only partly finished and not layered in story or characters.

Forgive my ignorance, but what does YA.........doh just figured it out! Young Adult lol.

As a teen I loved the books of S T Hinton like Rumblefish, The Outsiders and That was then this is now. The first two have been made into good movies

Yes, I run several book clubs. One of them is a teen book club so I'm always looking for good books they will enjoy. I prefer books that transcend the YA limitations usually found and are simply wonderful books. I don't like the books people think kids "should" read usually. LOL.

A good book is a good book, I still rate Watership down as one of my favourites and I'm sure most "adults" have a "kids" book on their list.

I just started my favorite once again. Ultimate Hitchhikers to get me through those long, lonely nights.
