I sweet potatoes, only baked with a little sugar and cinnamon.

They are really yummy, just toss them in a bit of olive oil and a little salt mmmmmm so good!

Mine was darkly seared on the outside, fading to a nice, just slightly cool pink ribbon in the center. Sublime.

I made my lasagna with freshly made pasta served with an avocado and pine nut salad, followed by my freshly made pavlova. Yummy

Granted, I know most of you wont know what a pavlova is, but it is yum...trust me.

Halloween inspired foods at a party

I know this may sound clique, but I love making my 'spider' cupcakes.

I bake slabs of cake and cut them into little circles. Then I put one layer of cake down and cut into the middle to create a little hole. In that hole I put red jelly, then I cover it with another layer of cake. Ice it with black icing, add lollies for the eyes, legs and other decorations. Then it's done! When you eat into it, the jelly acts like you are eating a spider's insides...lol...kids love it.
