What's for Dinner tonight?

Dinner tonight was a mish mash affair. We'd been out all day at a funeral, so cooking a proper meal took the back seat, and we just made some burgers, salad and potato wedges. Simple, but it filled tummies.

Drunken Brats, Homemade fries, salad.
Probably a few Guinnesses to go with it.

Trader Joe's Taquitoes, I think...or chicken finger sammich

It's freezing cold here, and wet and miserable, so I've put on a brown stew to cook slowly, filled with everything the veggy basket had to offer from the usual carrots and onions, to peppers and mushrooms, and even some diced turnip tossed in with the potatoes..Smells bloody marvelous.

Stuffed chicken breast wrapped in chizoro sausage, creamed carrot and parsnip, broccoli, roast potatoes, and tiramisu for dessert! Yummy!!

For the kids, pasta bake!! LOL!!

Had dinner with parents. Dad fell asleep while we were out with the kids and burned the roast.
Well, at least he didn't burn the house...

Driiiiinks with friends. I'll eat a spinach salad before, so I don't get entirely too wasted. Then again, it's Monday night, so I shouldn't even be drinking at all.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, sweet potato casserole, corn, green beans, deviled eggs, ham and cream cheese rolled gherkins, smokes salmon mouse, fresh baked sour dough rolls, crescent rolls, pumpkin pie, mince pie, pecan pie, blueberry pie…
After all that we have to fast for a week too…
