I just made and finished chicken piccatta with artichoke pasta. Now, Pina Colada cake- I added coconut to pineapple upside-down cake, and it's topped with coconut-vanilla whipped cream. And coffee.

Stuffed Turkey.
I've had a craving for Cranberry sauce the last few days..So I gave in, bought a turkey and it's roasting now for dinner, with the veggies etc ready to go on for a late meal.
