Seriously....they were super delish.... I sauteed everything (veggies) before hand and then mixed it all up. The salmon wasn't overpowering at all....just right.

I made (*low-carb*) salmon patties .. spicy with jalapenos, flax seed and almond flour as a binder and coated with milled flax seed and Parmesan as breading, and a salad. It was yummy

I make them often. I use egg and Parmesan for my low car binder. Add green onion, green pepper and seasoning. Make sure all liquid is pressed out and fry til crispy.

Making burgers tonight. Big fatties. With grilled onions.

YUM ! homemade burgers are so much better than eating out burgers (I wrap mine in lettuce instead of the bun...)
