Tonight it will be my mom's macaroni salad.. My mom was a terrible cook but she had a few dishes she rocked at.. this is one of them!

Grilled marinated ribs, potato salad, baked beans, fruit salad, garlic bread corn on the cob, iced tea and a trifle for dessert.

hawaiian pulled pork made in the slow cooker.

three ingredients: pork shoulder/butt, olive oil, himalayan pink salt.

it was cooked on low for about eight hours, served with rice and a dollop of sambal (i love that stuff).

Sunday is the only day I really cook. My roommates and I do a dinner. One grilled chicken and I made sundried tomato and basil couscous with pine nuts and shallot.

A fruit salad of diced apricots, a few peach slices, fresh strawberries, kiwi, and a sliced banana with a crumbled gram crackers over the top.......yummy
