Last night

deconstructed chicken enchiladas
So fast to make - ready in less than 30 minutes recipe is on my blog
 
Baby back beef ribs, grilled using indirect heat after a nice Korean bar b q marinate which I put together this morning. Salad, corn, & a baked potato. Very nice :)
 
Grilled chicken breast, pasta, baby peas, butter beans and peach ice tea to wash it down.
 
A simple salad with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, cheese and ranch dressing. Made a couple of pieces of garlic toast too. It was very good!!
 
Oh my lord I had the most amazing dinner tonight at a beautiful resturant

Scallops with black pudding and green salad with a balsamic vinegar glaze.
Scottish salmon with a green salad and a balsamic vinegar glaze.
Couldn't have dessert as I was too full but they looked amazing.
Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream mmmmmmmm.

I have no idea what that is, but it sounds delish! :D

Tonight I grilled wild caught Atlantic salmon with fresh gulf shrimp. And olive oil grilled fresh cut zucchini. It was yummy I tell you!
 
My what a voracious appetite you have! Dessert only? Main course must be Brad Pitt or George Clooney. And if perchance it is Penelope Cruz, we can all get in a pile with peaches and cream.

Dinner was three bean, pork chili over corn chips with cheese, sour cream and salsa. Mmmm

Now for desseert. Hmmmmm
 
A tasty pork roast with home made bbq sauce and corn bread.
 
Fresh garden tomatoes and beans. We have LOTS! Wish I had some salmon fillets.
 
Sirloin strip steaks on the grill
Corn on the cob
baked potatoes
grilled peaches
 
Homemade saurkraut - used diced apples and an apple ale in it
kielbassa chunks
 
green salad topped with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onions, broccoli, fried chicken and honey mustard dressing
