That Adobo seasoning I mentioned is not spicy at all. It's marketed by Goya, usually in the Mexican-ish section of the grocery stores here. It's a seasoned salt mixture with onion, garlic, and various others....maybe some citrus zest, too- I can't remember.....but no heat at all.

Oh yes medium rare is just the way I like my steak.

Home made crock pot chili and fresh baked corn bread with honey butter...
Good cold weather fare! YUM!!!
 
Chicken & rice....made with leftover chicken quarters that I open pit smoked a couple days ago; and camp slop....aka succotash or any number of names....(onions & garlic sauteed plus green beans, corn, tomatoes & various spices)
 
progresso soup has been on sale 10/$10 so i've been stocking up and tried some new flavors. one of them was three bean chili. thought it sounded good and i was really looking forward to having it.....it sucked! thankfully i bought only 1 more can, but it was so bad that i think i'm going to return it

Creamy chicken enchilada kicks ass......just so ya know.....Santa fe Chicken ain't bad, either:)
 
Flat Iron steak seared in a ginger lime marinade, scalloped taters and cauliflower in cheese sauce, biscuits and honey butter.
