This sounds gross, but it's really good. It's a panfried pork chop with garlic, ketchup, vinegar, and honey.

Chef salad… Lettuce, tomato, hard boiled eggs, celery, red pepper, avocado, chow mien noodles, ham, turkey, and shredded cheddar cheesefor the family… I'm putting crumbled blue cheese on mine... Yum!
