ADOBO seasoning??? I'm coming over like right NOW!!!
* cheap that way!*There's plenty...it was 10 pounds of yardbird.....* cheap that way!*

Damn that is a big bird! Chicken adobo is yum and I know you only used adobo seasoning...damn, now I'm hungry![]()
I'm back outside by that fire now, although it's stoked with wood not suitable to cooking
Me...

I'll be there, babe!.....Can I bring a little company? The wife was watching our exchange while ago....![]()
Oh, dessert!![]()

Fried Calves liver, onions and home fries with my special seasoning.
A salad, spinach, grapes, alfalfa sprouts and soy bean sprouts.
10 oz glass of fresh carrot juice.
and a Table Talk pumpkin pie.
Oh... my vitamins.
How spicy is Adobe? I am finding as I get older I can't take the heat. I used to love the Indian buffet near here but in the last year it is now tooooo hot for me. I still can handle Nando's chicken which as peri sauce on the side. Are there Nando's in the U.S.? Best fast food chicken even. No grease. Just very juicy roasted chicken. They have alot of salads too.Grazing here....a little soup earlier, some chili & tortilla chips later....one of those AWESOME chicken quarters I slow grilled last night just now![]()
I made a big pot of soup with the turkey stock I made a few days ago. I put in all the veggies I had in the fridge. Carrots, cabbage, turnip, potatoes and some dried pasta. Came out really well.
Down here I took advantage of the weather to fire up the grill and threw on some Ribeyes, sauteed shrooms, baked spud and grilled veggies... Hope you like it medium rare...
That seriously made my mouth water.... YuM! *S*
