I think my favorite cereal of all time is Life. I have loved it since I first tried it as a young child, and have never grown out of it. Not too sweet, yet sweet enough so that it doesn't need extra sugar, as with corn flakes and rice krispies. However, when in the mood for something sweet, Reese's Puffs are good. But usually, it's lunch time when I wake up, so i tend to eat top ramen for breakfast/lunch, unless I am up so late that it's morning.

Like right now, it's 7:30am here in Wyoming, and I have been up all night. Just a few minutes ago I decided to have a bowl of Cap'n Crunch: Crunch Berries, because that's all we have and need to go shopping, lol. It's pretty good though.

I'm not much of a cereal person (as in sitting down with a bowl of cereal and milk) but I do like a small amount of plain granola on top of strawberry yogurt... or a slice of baked grits casserole made with cheddar cheese and a hint of fresh garlic. Yum
